Cross training I feel is a must for anyone. I love the bycycle as well but not a road bike, try the hills on a mountain bike the time flys and it is great cross training and you have to pay attention. Good stuff no matter what you do, find your self a crosstraining activity and your body will thank you in the years to come.

Trail Runner Nation

The Trail Runner Nation has existed long before we came along. Trail runners are a tight community, connected with common values, experiences and passion. We have all experienced the cool vibe when approaching a fellow runner on the trail. There is a unique sense of kinship that exists between trail runners. Conversation comes easy, advice shared and mutual respect is exchanged. The Trail Runner Nation is a community of like minded people. We have been humbled by the beauty and the harshness of the trail. The weak have moved on to an easier activity. The abrasive personalities have softened by the bonk. The trail has qualified her community. We are the Trail Runner. We are One – We are Trail Runner Nation.
