I had just finished listening to some of the past podcasts with Warren and enjoyed this recent update! Good to know that even experienced trail and ultra runners are vulnerable to bonks, injury, and occasional malaise. It is amazing to me as well, how what I first felt was a selfish use of my time has increased my focus on other parts of my life. Training for my first ultra has become a positive addiction, and I love the info I get from you all to feed that addiction even more!
