Our good friend, Warren Pole, is preparing himself for this weekend’s UTMB (Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc). I came accross this video that, while watching, got my heart rate up to my metabolic threshold. I just revised my bucket list – UTMB is now at the top- not sure if I want to run it or ski it…..or both?

Sad news: Do to poor weather the UTMB is using an alternate / shorter course which will only go through France. This makes the course considerably shorter with less vertical. https://www.ultratrailmb.com/page/169/
