Check out these Photos from Rob Krar and Mike Foote

Mike Foote and Rob Krar set a new FKT, or Fastest Known Time, on a challenging, wild Grand Canyon route, running the “R2R2R” — Rim to Rim to Rim– crossing the canyon in the frigid temps of this past December 31st, which included a naked swim across the Colorado River… not once, but TWICE!

If you haven’t heard this week’s episode with this wonderful conversation, be sure to take a listen to it right now on our site, or via your favorite podcast provider. It’s a fun, insightful and at times downright funny conversation.

Photos from this adventurous FKT were mentioned several times. We’re glad to share them here, now!

Enjoy. For the full context, you’ll just have to take a listen!

You can find out more about Rob’s camp and coaching HERE. You can check out Mike’s mountain races at The Rut or at The Runner’s Edge.
