This Wednesday, November 3rd at 8 pm eastern time, we’ll be recording a show with one of our favorite guests, Andy Jones-Wilkins, aka AJW. For those of you who don’t know him, Andy is a wonderful person– insightful, funny, empathetic and filled with useful information. He’s a longtime elite ultrarunner, a columnist, and an educator– and he’s great fun as a guest.
Our topic this coming week? It’s your call, as we host another edition of “Ask Trail Runner Nation Anything.” What we talk about will be your decision entirely.
How does it work? Check out the simple instructions below. You’ll be able to watch the taping and listen to the conversation. Through our show engineer, Ryan, some of you will also be able to ask AJW questions during the taping.
