Mike Foote and Rob Krar set a new FKT, or Fastest Known Time, on a challenging, wild Grand Canyon route, running the “R2R2R” — Rim to Rim to Rim– crossing the canyon in the frigid temps of this past December 31st, which included a naked swim across the Colorado River… not once, but TWICE!
