    Thanks for the podcast, will listen to it when I get a chance. As for the book “Run” by Matt Fitzgerald, it is one of the best books I’ve read on running. I read it three times last year to absorb as much as I could. Lots of great advice and common sense I picked up in it and I’ve been running for 39 years!
    I’ve been a dedicated HRM user for the past 10 years and I now no longer use it or feel I need it, I’ve returned to training as we did when these things didn’t exist.
